How does payment work?

A $50 deposit holds your reservation and the balance is due in full at set-up. We take cash, Zelle, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Card payments carry a 3.9% surcharge.

Are the inflatables insured and cleaned?

Yes on both. We carry full liability coverage on every inflatable, and each unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every use with a formula that eliminates 99.9% of germs while staying safe for children's skin.

How does delivery work?

We schedule your delivery window when you reserve. Please leave a 4 foot wide clear path to the setup area, and have any remaining balance ready for the driver. Pick-up is usually within 3 hours of your end time and takes about 30 minutes.
