Privacy & Security Policy
What we collect when you browse or book, why we need it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it.

In short. We collect what we need to answer your question, book your rental, and deliver it. We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used. Your booking and your payment are handled by two outside companies, Party Rental Studio and Stripe. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your phone number with anyone for marketing.
This policy explains what Jump Valley Bounce House Rentals collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. It covers www.jumpvalleyaz.com and the booking and checkout system you reach from it.
What we collect
When you visit the site
Our web server keeps standard access logs, which include the IP address your connection is using, your browser and device type, the pages you opened, and the date and time.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It records the pages you visit, anything you type into the site search box, and how far down a page you scroll, and it sends that to Google. It stores cookies in your browser to do this. We do not show a cookie banner, so these cookies are set when you arrive. You can read how Google uses data from sites that use its services, and you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on to stop it.
Our pages also load fonts, icons, and code libraries from third-party networks, including Google Fonts, jsDelivr, Cloudflare, and the jQuery CDN. Requesting a file from any of them reveals your IP address to that service, the same as visiting any website does.
When you check availability
To check availability we ask for the address where the event will be, the dates and times you want, and whether you want delivery or pickup.
The address box uses Google Maps to suggest addresses as you type. This means what you type in that box is sent to Google while you type it, before you submit anything.
When you book
Our booking and checkout is run for us by Party Rental Studio, and it happens on their website rather than ours. When you go to check out, your cart, your event address, and your dates are passed to them, and they collect your name, email address, phone number, billing address, what the event is, how you heard about us, and your signature on the rental agreement. That signature is drawn on screen and kept as a record that you accepted the agreement.
Party Rental Studio also sends the automatic emails about your order, such as your confirmation, your signed agreement, and payment receipts. Their privacy policy is at partyrentalstudio.com/privacy-policy, and it says they do not sell or rent personal information.
Card payments are taken by Stripe on Stripe's own secure page. Your card number is never entered on our site and we do not store it. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
If you leave a comment
One page on the site still has WordPress comments switched on. If you leave a comment there it records what you wrote, the name and email address you give, and any website you enter, and it may store those details in your browser so you do not have to retype them.
When you contact us
If you call, text, or email us, we keep your message and the contact details you used. There is no contact form on this site, so anything you send us comes by phone, text, or email.
Cookies
This site sets three cookies. PHPSESSID keeps track of your cart and your session as
you move between pages, and _ga and _ga_Y70GBWM906 belong to Google
Analytics. There is no cookie banner, so the analytics ones are set when you arrive rather than after
you agree. When you go through to checkout, Party Rental Studio and Stripe set their own cookies on
their own pages, including cookies Stripe uses to detect fraud. Blocking cookies may stop the booking
system from working properly.
How we use your information
- To answer your questions and give you quotes.
- To take, schedule, deliver, and collect your rental.
- To process payment and refunds.
- To reach you about your event, including changes, delays, and weather.
- To keep the records our business needs for accounting and tax.
- To understand how the website is used, through Google Analytics.
Who we share it with
We share your information with the services that help us run the business, and only the part each one needs. Those are Party Rental Studio, which runs our booking, checkout and order emails; Stripe, which processes payments; Google Analytics; and Google Maps, which powers the address box. Each of those companies has its own privacy policy covering what it does with the information it receives.
We do not use session recording or advertising pixels on this site, and neither does the checkout.
We will also share information if the law requires it, such as a court order or other lawful request, or if it is needed to protect someone's safety or our legal rights. If the business is ever sold or transferred, customer records would transfer with it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not give our customer list to other companies for their own marketing.
Text messages and phone numbers
If you text us, or give us your number when you book, we may reply by text about your question or your booking. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes your phone number and your consent to be texted. If you no longer want texts from us, tell us and we will stop. That does not cancel your booking.
Children
Our rentals are for children, but this website and the booking system are meant for the adults renting on their behalf. The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site and the booking system are served over encrypted connections, and customer records live in our booking platform behind password-protected accounts. No method of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
If information we hold about you is exposed, we will tell you. Where Arizona's breach notification law applies, we will notify the people affected within forty-five days of determining that a breach happened (A.R.S. § 18-552).
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them for the rental and for the accounting and tax obligations that follow it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep a particular record.
Your booking records sit in Party Rental Studio's system. Their policy says that if we ever stopped using them, they would keep that data for up to 90 days and then delete or anonymize it, unless the law required them to keep it longer.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@jumpvalleyaz.com or call or text (480) 690-1858. We may need to check who you are before we act, so that we are not giving your details to someone else. Some of your booking information is held in Party Rental Studio's system, and we will pass your request on to them where we need to.
Other websites
Our pages link to other websites, and checkout takes you to Party Rental Studio and Stripe. Once you leave www.jumpvalleyaz.com this policy no longer applies and the other site's terms take over.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
