Booking & Payment

How does payment work?

All payments are due in full at time of set-up. A $50 deposit is due at the time you make your reservation. Payments must be made in cash, Zelle, or Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Credit cards are subject to a 3.9% surcharge.

Are the inflatables insured?

Yes. We carry full liability coverage for all of our inflatables.

Delivery & Pick-Up

How does delivery work?

When you make your reservation, a Jump Valley representative will schedule your delivery window. Prior to the delivery driver's arrival, please make sure there is a 4 foot wide clear path to the setup area. If there is a balance due on your order, please provide the balance to the delivery driver upon their arrival.

How does pick-up work?

When you make your reservation, a Jump Valley representative will schedule your pickup window. Generally, the inflatable will be picked up within 3 hours of the end of your reserved time. Let us know if an exact pick-up time is needed. Please remember that it will take approximately 30 minutes for take down and removal of the inflatable.

Rules & Safety

What are the general rules for the inflatables?

We kindly ask that you keep all of the following out of our units:

  • Footwear
  • Beverages
  • Food items
  • Sharp objects
  • Silly String, as it causes permanent damage and staining to the inflatable material
  • Glitter
What happens if the bounce house turns off?

The unit will slowly start to deflate when there is a loss of electrical power. It is important to stay calm should this happen. The adult supervisor should help all users safely exit the inflatable. Once everyone has exited, check if the on/off switch has been turned off or if the blower has become unplugged. If so, plug the blower back in, turn it to the on position, and the unit will re-inflate. If you continue to have problems, contact us at (480) 690-1858.

Am I responsible for damage?

If the unit becomes damaged while in operation, assist all users from the unit and deflate it. Contact us immediately. Do not attempt to continue operation of the unit. The customer will be responsible for any damage that does not result from the normal use of the unit, such as dog bites, cuts with knives, fireworks or Silly String.

What happens if the weather turns bad?

Arizona weather calls for Arizona rules. During monsoon season we do not deliver, and we do not leave a unit set up, when sustained winds are above 15 MPH, during an active haboob or lightning in the area, or when surface temperatures make the vinyl unsafe for bare skin.

If we postpone your event for a safety reason, you are not penalized. Call or text us at (480) 690-1858 and we will work out a reschedule.

Cleaning

How are the inflatables cleaned?

Inflatables undergo thorough cleaning and sanitization after every use using a proprietary formula. This formula effectively eliminates 99.9% of germs while remaining safe for children's skin.
